INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies Recipe
Here's your chance to have the taste of raspberry cheesecake, anywhere, anytime in the form of a cookie. Best of all, these cookies need just 4 ingredients!
Being the author of the recipe...Thank you AR for publishing. I have a blog on the this site, which should direct others where to find the raspberry tidbits. They are under 4 dollars a bag and the shipping is really inexpensive. My blog is attached to my name ;-) As for my recipe. My family loves these little humdingers! As much as chocolate is a great craving...we crave these more. Fluffy, lite and full of flavor. Will add this to note: If your cookies are lumpy....you've not incorperated the ingredients well enough. Reason could be for 2 things. 1. not mixed well with the cookie mix & 2. Cream cheese was not at room temp and soft when mixing together. This has been an addicting cookie from the start. The chips makes the cookie burst with flavor. I've taken note in my blog of another AR'er that has made her own raspberry chips to suit her and kuddos...hope others see notes to help make them from scratch...Hope y'all enjoy.
Chewy yet creamy, sweet and decadent, these cheesecake cookies check all the boxes.
I could not find raspberry baking chips to save my life, so I finally decided to use chocolate. The cookies came out great, though 2/3 cup was too many chips. Otherwise they were wonderful. One important note, though: if you're using a hand mixer, don't use it to mix the sugar cookie mix into the cream cheese mixture. We almost blew up my little mixer before realizing that the dough was too thick for it.
Couldn't find raspberry chips, substituted 1 cup cinnamon, got asked for the recipe 5x already!
i could not find rasberry chips either.... so i got inventive... ican tell you my family loves them with the followong chips... not all at once mind you.... chocolate, cherry, peppermint, toffee, and cinnamon... my favorie was either the cinnamon or the chocolate and peppermint mixed together. The recipe was super easy .... thank you for posting it.
Did not have raspberry bits so I made these with cinnamon chips and white chocolate chips. Great flavor and texture. Soft and chewy. Came out like a cinnamon roll! Very easy.
Wonderful! Try chopping up fruit roll ups if you can't find the tidbits
